Went for a 2 night stay, cycling weekend and had the best time. Went along with a group of 8 and it’s the perfect location for a big group. Separate bathrooms, shared kitchen, gorgeous sunset seating area! Some came with cars, others just bikes and it was ideal. An hour countryside walk to the beach or 15 mins ride away. Had some lovely 100 and 70k rides inland and on the cost over the 2 days.Gavin was super helpful and looked after us. Hotel standard rooms and bathrooms.
Just got back from a weekend of cycling at Toad Hall Lodges with friends. The place is amazing! The cabins are stunning, beds super comfortable and the outdoor kitchen is better equipped than my one at home! There’s plenty of secure storage for bikes, coffee machines in every lodge and great showers, so it’s an ideal place to stay for an activity based break away with friends. I’ve already started planning the next one so I can go back!
Staying at Toad Hall Lodges is such an experience. Everything inside and out has been carefully considered, along with really nice luxury touches. The bed has a memory foam mattress too, which made for a great night's sleep. Toad Hall Lodges is a terrific place to escape from the noise and enjoy true peace and tranquillity, and it's so close to many of the beautiful coastal spots in Suffolk. When your day is over, you can relax by the fire pit and take in a beautiful sunset with a glass or two. Nothing was too much to ask. I would happily recommend and return.
We stayed at Toad Hall Lodges for a lovely weekend last week. The accommodation was comfortable, luxurious and well thought out. The whole site was peaceful and a lovely way to escape the city for a weekend. We brought our 2 year old dog and she just had the best time on site and running around on the beaches. We really enjoyed the fire pit area, the sunset views, and the hosts were amazing and helpful with recommendations, etc. Will definitely be returning again soon!
We have just spent the weekend in one of the incredible lodges at Toad Hall. Such a story book setting, these guys have gone to town making it extra special. Hosts were so helpful, the view is beautiful and the quality of the lodges is exceptional. Even our bathroom was stunning! A great base to explore the beaches (the sun was out too!), cycling, walking and getting lost in nature. We will definitely be returning, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
